In the morning of September 28th, 2016 H.E. Sieng Emtotim, rector of UBB and Mr. Bin Chhom, vice rector of UBB led lecturers, staff and students to celebrate the 12th Ben ceremony (Khmer traditional ceremony) at Thamakaram Pagoda (called Thamayuth) located in the outskirt of Battambang city, Battambang province.
