University of Battambang (UBB) held “English Access Micro-scholarship Program Opening and Certificate Awarding Ceremony” to 25 high school students under the presence of Mr. Bin Chhom, vice rector of University of Battambang. This 02 years micro-scholarship was funded by the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh to Cambodia.
