In the morning of October 20th, Her Excellency Sieng Emtotim, rector of University of Battambang attended the friendly talk with scholarship students sponsored by Sam Dach Krola Hom Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime-Minister, Minister of Interior and a chairman of UBB Board. This ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Sok Phal, General Directorate of Immigration Department and a Chief of Task Force to help Banan district.
